Where does Whafy operate?
Whafy is live in Nicosia — Engomi, Strovolos, Aglantzia and Lakatamia — and in the Larnaca area, including Oroklini. Coverage is checked against your address before you can book, so you will know immediately whether we can reach you.
How much does a service cost?
Prices are fixed and set for the whole catalog, not quoted per provider, so the same service costs the same whoever is sent. The price you see accounts for the details you enter — apartment size, number of units, car type — before you confirm.
What if my job does not fit a standard service?
Request a custom quote. Larger or open-ended work — rewiring, bathroom installations, a full house repaint — is quoted from a description of the job rather than priced from a list.
Can I book more than one service at a time?
Yes. Services go into a cart and are placed as a single order, so a clean and a car wash on the same afternoon is one booking flow, not two.
Are the providers vetted?
Every provider is reviewed and approved before taking work, and each declares the specific services it offers and the areas it covers. You are never matched to someone who does not do the job you asked for.
What languages does Whafy support?
The app is available in English, Greek, Arabic and Russian, with full right-to-left support for Arabic.
How do I become a provider?
Providers join by invitation while Whafy builds out coverage. Get in touch and we will send an invite to the provider console, where you set your services, areas and hours.
